Job summary

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager and District Leader in overseeing the pharmacy team and operations.
• Support safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and adherence to workflow procedures.
• Provide immunizations and coach pharmacy staff to do the same where permissible.
• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps and serve as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy during bench shifts without overlap.
