Turner Construction Company is seeking a senior leader for the Critical Facilities-Data Centers division to lead Planning & Scheduling across data center projects. The role oversees KPI metrics, strategy alignment with regional operations, and development of P&S standards and educational programs to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 15+ years construction experience including 8+ years Scheduling/leadership.
• Data Center construction project experience (> $500m).
• Experience in construction project engineering and supervision positions.
• Knowledge of Earned Value concepts and scheduling risks.

Responsabilités

• Establish strategic direction for P&S pillar and KPI tracking.
• Engage with Regional Operations Group to align goals with P&S strategy.
• Lead implementation of P&S educational programs and training.
• Develop, implement, and manage P&S procedures to comply with requirements.
• Drive development and maintenance of Scheduling Playbook standards.
