VHS Corporate is seeking an experienced and certified Dietary Manager to lead the Dietary Department across the northwest Washington state area. The role involves planning, organizing, developing, and directing operations in alignment with federal, state, and local standards, with emphasis on resident-centered diet therapy and cost control.

The ideal candidate will have ServSafe Manager certification, CDM preferred, and at least two years of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing

• Experience in long-term care is preferred.

The successful candidate will have recent skilled nursing management experience and possess a ServSafe management certification.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Serv Safe Manager Certificate required
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification is preferred
• Experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.
• Minimum of two+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related medical facility.
• Training in cost control, food management, diet therapy, etc.
• Any combination of experience and training which provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities.
