Job summary

Elevate Nutritional Harmony seeks an experienced Dietary Manager to lead the dietary department in a care facility. You will plan, organize, and direct operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines while managing staff and controlling costs.

The role requires ServSafe Manager certification and CDM certification is preferred, with prior long‑term care management experience. Salary is DOE, with comprehensive benefits and a supportive regional team.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of supervisory experience in hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related medical facility.
• Experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.
• Cost control, food management, and diet therapy training are a plus.
• Any combination of experience and training providing required skills, knowledge, and abilities.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and certified Dietary Manager (Must have ServSafe Manager Certificate) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with current applicable Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The successful candidate will have recent skilled nursing management experience and possess a ServSafe management certification.

Responsibilities
