Job summary

Hireology is seeking an experienced and certified Dietary Manager to lead the Dietary Department across multiple locations in northwest Washington. A ServSafe Manager Certificate is required for this role.

The successful candidate will plan, organize, develop, and direct department operations, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, supervise staff, manage costs, and coordinate diet therapy to meet residents' needs.

Qualifications

• Must have Serv Safe Manager Certificate.
• Experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.
• Minimum of two+ years of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related medical facility.
• Training in cost control, food management, and diet therapy.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple locations within the northwest Washington state area.
• Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Dietary Department.
• Ensure compliance with current applicable Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
• Oversee and manage the dietary staff, ensuring efficient and effective performance.
• Implement and maintain cost control measures within the department.
• Coordinate diet therapy and ensure that dietary services are provided according to the individual needs of residents.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall quality of resident care.
