Job summary

PDS Health is hiring a Dental Assistant to support clinicians and deliver the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) across our Florida offices. You will prepare patients, assist with procedures, sterilize equipment, and help manage radiographs and patient records.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and adaptability, with responsibilities spanning clinical duties and collaboration with front office staff to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; required state certification/training as applicable.
• Dental assistant training or coursework.
• Ability to travel between offices and maintain a valid driver’s license if required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations and assist dental professionals.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness.
• Assist with radiographs and intra-oral pictures as directed by the clinician.
• Manage patient records and charting in the digital system.
• Support the front office by coordinating with staff to ensure smooth schedules.
