Job summary

PDS Health in Riverside, CA is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians and provide the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE). You will assist with patient care, chair-side procedures, radiographs, sterilization, and charting while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

You will collaborate with the front desk and clinical team to ensure smooth operations, uphold company policies, and deliver excellent service to patients.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED with state-mandated certs/licensure.
• One-year certificate from a college or technical school preferred.
• Specialty Travel may be required with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for treatment and assist the dentist to deliver quality care.
• Sterilize instruments, maintain a clean and cheerful operatory.
• Take radiographs and intra-oral photos as directed by the clinician.
• Assist with charting and record-keeping in the digital patient chart.
• Escort patients and coordinate with front office to keep the schedule running smoothly.
• Support PPE and ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Participate in team meetings and uphold company values and brand.
