Job summary

ARCO, a Family of Construction Companies, seeks a capable on-site construction leader to manage warehouse, distribution, manufacturing and data center projects. You will plan, coordinate, and control activities to meet schedule, safety, and profitability goals while aligning with the project manager, architect, and owner representatives.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of construction experience, is willing to travel nationwide, and holds a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of construction experience on warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, cold storage and/or data center projects (≥100k sq ft)
• Willingness to travel 100% across the United States
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and project scheduling programs
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in your state of residence

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award meetings and obtain project details for preplanning
• Help prepare schedules, organization structure, staff, and equipment needs
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specs and budget
• Coordinate with subcontractors to integrate with schedules and progress
• Inform supervisors and subcontractors of changes to the construction schedule
• Prepare job progress and cost reports reflecting actual costs
• Review requisitions, POs, invoices, and other key reports
