Job summary

ARCO National Construction Company seeks a Traveling Construction Superintendent to lead data center projects across the United States. You will direct subcontractors, manage schedules, enforce safety and quality, and partner with the project manager to deliver profitable, on-time results.

This role requires strong leadership, extensive data center experience, and the ability to travel nationwide. You will report to the project team, complete daily reports, review cost data, and uphold ARCO’s

Qualifications

• 5-25 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent with at least 5 years in data center construction or mission-critical projects.
• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Excel).
• Ability to meet physical demands and hold a valid driver's license in your state.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through punch list.
• Direct subcontractors, maintain schedules, and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Prepare progress and cost reports; review requisitions, PO's, and invoices.
• Maintain clear communication with the project team on plans, costs, and issues.
• Complete daily project reports and uphold ARCO safety program.
