Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple facilities to provide dietary support and ensure continuity of food service operations.
• Prepare and cook resident meals according to menus and safety standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• Serve food according to dietary guidelines and portion control.
• Attend in-service education programs to meet facility requirements.
• Identify and participate in process improvements to enhance resident experience and workflows.
