Job summary

Ajax Building Company is seeking a hands-on Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations across Georgia, with travel to Florida and the Southeast. You will manage craft and subcontractor teams, ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to high standards, reporting to the General Superintendent.

Ideal candidates will have 8–10+ years of supervisory construction experience, including active/occupied detention facility projects, and be able to travel as project needs require.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of supervisory experience in construction.
• Strong experience leading active/occupied detention facility projects required.
• Willingness to travel across Georgia, Florida, and the Southeast.

Responsibilities

• Supervise craft personnel and subcontractors to meet design, budget and schedule.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise on-site functions across Georgia and Southeast sites.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and productivity is optimized.
