Job summary

CTI, a leading AV provider in Allentown, PA, is seeking an experienced Control Room Integration Technician to install projects and assist with on-site coordination.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in AV operations, hands-on AV systems experience, CAT6 cabling and soldering skills, and strong customer service. Barco/VuWall experience is a plus; associates degree preferred. Travel up to 80% with 50 lb lifting. Competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in AV operations, broadcast, or control room/mission-critical environments.
• Hands-on experience with AV systems, signal flow, and troubleshooting.
• CAT 6 cable construction: 1 year of experience.
• Soldering various-style connectors: 1 year of experience.
• Customer Service Experience: A must.
• Attitude and Aptitude: Key traits for the role.
• Education: An Associate degree is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install assigned projects and assist with on-site coordination as required.
• Work closely with Control Room Team Leadership during installations.
• Travel up to 80% outside the metro area.
• Lift and install equipment up to 50 lbs and perform general construction support tasks.
