Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in construction with supervisory/management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of FAA and NPS regulations and guidelines.
• Experience managing crews and subcontractors, delivering projects on time and within budget.
• SSHO and QCM certifications, with OSHA knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership; willing to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of construction sites, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate and manage construction crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure operations comply with FAA and NPS guidelines.
• Act as primary point of contact for site safety and health issues per OSHA.
• Conduct quality control checks and maintain quality standards.
• Develop and implement project schedules and work plans.
• Travel to various construction sites as needed.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders about progress.
