Job summary

CAMP Facility Services is seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead and develop our team of Superintendents in multifamily and commercial construction. This role requires strong leadership, site oversight, and the ability to manage complex, multi-site operations across Austin and San Antonio.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in construction leadership, familiarity with renovation projects, and a proven ability to coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily construction experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role within construction.
• Familiarity with renovation projects and managing multi-site operations.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and enforcement ability.
• Ability to travel regionally 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach Superintendents to reach their full potential.
• Identify skills gaps and implement improvement strategies.
• Collaborate onsite to ensure quality, schedules, and safety compliance.
• Provide hands-on support during critical phases of projects.
• Oversee scheduling, timelines, and milestones for projects.
• Monitor and enforce quality control standards across sites.
• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and clients.
• Address subcontractor performance issues effectively.
• Evaluate expansion opportunities within the field team.
