Job summary

CAMP Facility Services in Houston, TX is seeking a Multi-Family Superintendent to lead on-site field operations for our commercial construction and building maintenance projects.

You will coordinate crews, manage budgets, review schedules, and ensure safety and quality while traveling locally up to 75%. The role requires construction experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Travel up to 75% locally.
• Construction experience required; multi-family preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with Procore preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High integrity and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, construction budgets and construction schedules.
• Determine material, subcontractor and labor requirements.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings.
• Coordinate and direct on-site activities of Camp employees, subcontractors, craftsmen, tradesmen and vendors to meet Camp’s goals and standards.
• Buy-out of jobs within an approved construction budget of less than $5,000.
• Assist salesman/project manager with buy-out of jobs in excess of $5,000.
• Ensure that jobs are completed on schedule and on budget.
• Review invoices and timesheets for accuracy and contract terms.
• Travel to remote markets to prepare cost estimates, establish operations, follow local codes, means and methods.
• Identify, investigate and select local subcontractors and vendors.
• Contribute to Camp’s success by keeping costs low and quality high.
