Weis Builders is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead construction projects from start to finish across multiple sites. You will ensure timely delivery, stay within budget, and maintain high quality while coordinating clients, architects, and subcontractors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, and at least 3 years of supervision experience on residential, commercial, or industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/CE or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of construction management or supervision experience.
• Experience delivering residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day on-site activities for multiple projects.
• Develop and implement project timelines with milestones.
• Cultivate connections with clients, architects and vendors.
• Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors.
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance.
• Conduct regular inspections to meet specs and quality.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures with project managers.
