Job summary

Jobot, a well-established Midwest-based general contractor, seeks an Experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead high-profile commercial projects across multiple regions. You will coordinate scheduling, safety, subcontractors, and on-site execution from pre-construction through close-out.

The role requires proven superintendent experience, travel willingness, and strong leadership. OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training and construction-management software experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction or similar field.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
• Ability to travel regularly to job sites across different regions.
• Excellent leadership skills to motivate and manage field crews and subcontractors.
• Solid understanding of safety standards and enforcing safety protocols.
• Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training.
• Experience with construction management tools and software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between project locations.
