Job summary

ARCO National Holdings seeks a Traveling Construction Superintendent to lead commercial and industrial design-build projects nationwide. You will manage field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and partner with the project manager to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a Lead Superintendent, are willing to travel across the United States, and are proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Lead Superintendent or similar role
• Willingness to travel across the United States
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore/Bluebeam/MS Excel)
• Valid driver's license in your home state

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and jobsite execution across commercial/industrial projects
• Direct teams and resolve conflicts to maintain schedule and safety
• Attend post-award reviews and start preconstruction planning
• Develop construction schedules with the project manager (sequencing, manpower, equipment)
• Oversee work for compliance with specs, schedule, and profitability targets
• Coordinate subcontractors and prepare progress/cost reports
