Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial construction experience with focus on retail projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to read construction drawings (blueprints) and plans.
• Valid driver’s license and background check.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules.
• Experience leading on-site construction teams and coordinating trades.
• Produce daily and weekly reports and conduct subcontract meetings.
• Safety-focused with knowledge of quality control processes.

Responsibilities
