Job summary

Hoar Construction is looking for a Superintendent to support project operations in Austin, Texas. Your role will involve overseeing multiple construction crews, managing timelines, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

The ideal candidate has at least 5-7 years of experience in construction management, particularly in K-12 projects. You’ll also need a High School diploma, a valid driver’s license, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in a construction management role and 1 project as a Superintendent.
• Proven experience with K-12 ground up construction projects.
• Knowledge of all crafts of construction including carpentry, concrete, and structural steel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily field operational objectives and timelines.
• Monitor the overall progress of a project and work site.
• Participate in monitoring the project schedule and budget with Senior Superintendents.
