You will lead field operations, manage subcontractors, oversee labor and material costs, and produce daily progress reports for projects ranging up to multi‑million dollar scale.

• Requires a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of construction field experience.
• Willingness to travel to project sites (up to 100%).
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle for travel to sites and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the field on medium-to-large projects.
• Ensure safety procedures and compliance with contracts and codes.
• Coordinate field activities with Engineering, Estimating, Purchasing, PM, and Accounting.
• Prepare and review daily progress reports and field documentation.
