Responsibilities

• Assist Superintendents with monitoring the project schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and staff to discuss progress and obstacles.
• Coordinate daily operational objectives, timelines and goals.
• Inspect work progress and safety and ensure specifications are met.
• Read construction documents to determine requirements and plan procedures.
• Maintain project logs and reports; support startup/shutdown decisions and crew instructions.
• Attend job site meetings and act as jobsite supervisor in absence of the lead.
