Pepper Construction is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent for mission-critical data center projects. You will manage daily onsite activities, coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and drive project schedules from ground breaking through commissioning.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent supervision experience, 5+ years of field supervision, and data center / hyperscale and MEP‑intensive project experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent supervision experience.
• 5+ years of field supervision experience.
• Experience with data center, mission critical, or hyperscale construction.
• Experience overseeing MEP‑intensive projects.

Responsabilités

• Plan and schedule project with short-interval schedules.
• Schedule manpower and develop a working budget.
• Control job progress by managing subcontractors and documenting progress.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure quality from groundbreaking through commissioning.
• Demonstrate strong construction process knowledge, especially MEP.
