Etzel Engineer and Build, Inc. seeks Traveling Construction Superintendents to lead projects nationwide, focusing on mission-critical, data center, high-reliability, and complex commercial work.

You will own field operations, coordinate trades, drive schedules, maintain safety, and represent the firm with clients and inspectors. Applicants should have 5+ years in commercial construction, proven field leadership, and strong scheduling and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience required.
• Strong scheduling, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and field teams.
• OSHA 30 preferred; First Aid/CPR/AED, forklift, and aerial lift certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, field personnel, vendors, and multiple trades.
• Own the field schedule and manage look-ahead schedules.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure work meets project requirements.
• Represent Etzel professionally with clients, inspectors, and stakeholders.
• Manage field documentation and participate in project meetings.
