Job summary

ARCO Design/Build in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a seasoned lead superintendent to manage ground-up cold storage and light industrial projects of 100k sq ft and larger. You will oversee field operations, schedule activities, and coordinate subcontractors to ensure on-time completion within budget.

You will lead safety initiatives, drive quality, and report progress to the project team while traveling nationally as required.

Qualifications

• 5-25 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as a lead superintendent on cold storage projects ≥100k sq ft.
• At least five years of recent experience working within the Southeast.
• Willing to travel nationally.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and project scheduling programs.

Responsibilities

• Attend the post-award review meeting for preplanning details.
• Prepare and manage construction activity schedules and staffing needs.
• Direct total construction to meet specs, time, and budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors and align with project schedules.
• Maintain daily project diary and communicate progress to stakeholders.
