Site Manager – Lead Fast-Paced Commercial Projects Across the U.S.

ParkerBeth Search Partners, a leader in construction recruitment, is seeking a Site Manager on behalf of a top-tier contractor known for its expertise in quick-service restaurant (QSR) and branded retail reimaging. Your Role as a Site Manager

As a Site Manager, you’ll drive execution on the front lines of construction — ensuring every project runs safely, smoothly, and on schedule. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing on-site activity from mobilization to closeout

  • Overseeing subcontractors and site logistics to meet aggressive project timelines

  • Enforcing safety standards and resolving daily site challenges

  • Reporting on progress, managing documentation, and maintaining as-built records

  • Acting as the primary on-site liaison for clients, inspectors, and vendors

  • Ensuring strict adherence to project specifications and quality expectations

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of site supervision or management experience in commercial construction

  • Experience with QSR, retail interiors, or fast-paced tenant improvements

  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, safety standards, and site protocols

  • Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and resolve site-level issues independently

Certifications & Technical Tools

  • OSHA 30 certification

  • Familiarity with project management software or site reporting tools
