Role Summary

The Aptitude Superintendent 2 will manage and execute more complex projects related to intelligent integration. This position is responsible for managing Aptitude Intelligent trade partners, planning all construction sequencing, and meeting project goals for timely and profitable completion, supporting JE Dunn's strategy, vision, and values.

Key Role Responsibilities - Core

• Lead all aspects of the company's safety culture, demonstrating commitment to an injury-free environment.
• Manage client and project team communication and issue escalation related to low voltage scopes of work.
• Coordinate technology design and construction efforts to meet standards.
• Manage and oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and programs like Safety, Quality, and EEO.
• Develop work plans, manage project schedules, and monitor budgets.
• Communicate key project information, update drawings and logs, and supervise project closeouts.
• Participate in project pursuits and review meetings, understand contract terms, and promote diversity and inclusion.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong understanding of low voltage systems and construction management fundamentals.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and JE Dunn construction technology.
• Ability to manage budgets, risks, and build client relationships.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years construction experience, with specific experience in related systems and supervision.

Working Environment & Benefits
