Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of eight years' field experience in commercial construction.
• Willingness to travel when local project assignments aren’t available.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn project management and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety, enforce safety plans, conduct site safety meetings.
• Study drawings and specs; ensure buildability and permits.
• Oversee all phases of construction; manage schedule and budget.
• Direct subcontractors; sequence activities and inspections.
• Hold weekly jobsite meetings and maintain client relations.
• Ensure quality and occupancy compliance; manage punch-lists and changes.
