Job summary

Loberg Construction, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to supervise field construction across USA, ensuring projects meet schedule, scope, and quality. You will coordinate with owners, managers, and subcontractors while upholding safety standards and company processes.

Required are a high school diploma or GED, 5–10 years in supervision of commercial construction, and willingness to travel. OSHA 30 and Procore proficiency are preferred, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of project supervision experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
• Knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs, and subcontractor scopes of work.
• Develop and communicate a comprehensive project plan from inception to completion.
• Monitor progress with the project team and ensure safety compliance.
• Lead weekly meetings with subcontractors and coordinate with owners and managers.
• Ensure logs, measurements, and progress photos are accurate and up to date.
