Qualifications

• Experience and ability to lead field construction activities.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, budget, and schedule controls.

Responsibilities

• Safety first: monitor, enforce, and maintain job safety for construction projects.
• Oversee all phases of construction work at the project site and ensure adherence to schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure proper sequencing of work.
• Ensure permits, inspections, and local compliance are completed on time.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to Project Manager.
