Hoar Construction in Newnan, GA is seeking a Superintendent to support the General/Senior Superintendent on one or more projects. You will coordinate field crews, plan procedures, monitor safety, and ensure work meets specifications. Travel up to 100% may be required.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years in construction management, strong scheduling and safety knowledge, and the ability to lead diverse teams on-site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 5–7 years in construction management with at least one Superintendent project.
• Knowledge of scheduling, cost control and safety procedures.
• Experience leading diverse field teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage daily field operational objectives, timelines, and goals.
• Monitor the overall progress of a project and work site, review processes for efficiency and quality.
• Assist in monitoring project schedule and budget with Senior Superintendents.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and staff to discuss progress and remove barriers.
• Read construction documents to determine requirements and plan procedures.
• Maintain reports such as personnel, production, logs, status.
• Ensure site safety through inspections and training; participate in meetings.
