Commercial Construction Superintendent
To perform this job, you must demonstrate, either by training or experience:
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of superintendent, foreman, or crew leadwork experience.
- Ability to work safely, with or without supervision; travel to sites is required.
- Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.
- Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
- Effective communication with company personnel, customers, and contractors to ensure task completion.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background check, motor vehicle record check, and valid driver's license.

Job Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate activities of construction crews, subcontractors, and personnel, providing guidance to ensure work meets project specifications.
- Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor budgets, expenses, and costs, and work with stakeholders to optimize resources.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure work meets quality standards, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and promote a safety culture.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts professionally, fostering positive relationships.
- Documentation: Keep accurate project records, contracts, change orders, RFIs, and other documentation.
- Client Relations: Build strong client relationships, address concerns, and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
