The Role

As a Traveling Superintendent, you’ll be the boots-on-the-ground leader managing day-to-day operations on job sites nationwide. You’ll ensure every project maintains our high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency — and represent our company with professionalism in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities and subcontractors from mobilization to closeout
• Enforce project timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards

Communicate daily with project managers and clients to report progress and resolve issues

• Interpret drawings, specs, and schedules to ensure accurate execution
• Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and site logistics
• Maintain accurate site documentation (daily reports, logs, photos, etc.)

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction (retail interior preferred)
• Willingness to travel 80-90% of the time across the U.S.
• Strong knowledge of retail build-outs, rollouts, tenant improvements, and fast-track schedules
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schedules, and scopes of work
• Strong computer skills (daily reports, project tracking software, MS Office)
