Job summary

HC Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead projects across the Northwest and Mountain West. You will drive field operations, manage schedules, safety, and quality, and collaborate with owners and design professionals to deliver successful projects.

Travel-based assignments require strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Competitive compensation includes per diem, company truck, ESOP, and comprehensive benefits in a dynamic general contracting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience with progressive field leadership responsibilities.
• Previous Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction means and methods.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and project excellence.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively based on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations from mobilization through project completion.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and quality control.
• Drive project safety and maintain HC Company's safety standards.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve field challenges while maintaining schedule and project goals.
• Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, daily reports, and as-built drawings.
• Build strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and project teams.
