Job summary

Formcraft, a Philadelphia-based design-builder, seeks a Project Superintendent to lead field execution across multiple sites nationwide. You will supervise subcontractors, drive safety, and ensure work aligns with design drawings and codes.

The role requires travel across the contiguous 48 states and strong coordination with the Formcraft PM team. The ideal candidate has a construction-focused BS, 5+ years' experience, and proficiency in MS Office plus PM software; OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid are

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering preferred, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture required.
• Proficiency in MS Word/Excel; familiarity with project management software such as Procore, Building Connected, Spectrum, Viewpoint.
• OSHA 30 Hour and CPR First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Supervise fieldwork and coordinate with subcontractors to meet project specs and schedule.
• Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and environmental compliance.
• Communicate project status with Formcraft PM at least daily; raise RFIs promptly.
• Identify issues, manage change requests, and coordinate inspections with subs and authorities.
• Schedule work with subs, manage punch lists, and ensure alignment with drawings and codes.
