Job summary

Formcraft is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead field operations on construction projects across the contiguous United States. The role involves direct supervision of subcontractors, daily status updates to the Formcraft PM, and ensuring work complies with drawings, specs, and codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and knowledge of project management software (e.g., Procore, Building Connected, Spectrum, Viewpoint).

Responsibilities

• Supervise site activities and subcontractors to meet project schedule.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant job site.
• Communicate daily project status to Formcraft PM and document RFIs.
• Coordinate RFIs, changes, and approvals with the PM.
• Schedule and confirm subcontractor work dates to support completion.
• Conduct weekly site meetings and manage punch lists.
• Ensure inspections by authorities and testing per codes.
