Job summary

STO Building Group in Utah seeks a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain CPM schedules for assigned construction projects. You will monitor progress, explain variances, and prepare reports on schedule trends.

You will collaborate with preconstruction teams to ensure schedules are feasible, coordinate resources, and communicate status to internal and external stakeholders. Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing scheduling for commercial construction projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain schedules for assigned projects utilizing CPM scheduling techniques.
• Organize and prioritize incoming bid proposals to ensure deadlines are met.
• Review project schedule data, including activity records, dates, costs, WBS and related data.
• Evaluate work packages for feasibility; recommend methods to achieve results.
• Interface with internal and external customers to communicate work status and actions.
• Collaborate with preconstruction team to ensure schedule information is clear.
• Analyze project requirements and ensure resources are available to maintain schedules.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain status updates on activities and milestones.
• Coordinate projects with all participants to ensure plans are achievable daily.
