Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking a Quality Assurance role focused on monitoring all quality activities across projects nationwide with significant travel requirements. You will lead QIP initiation, design and construction QA, and coordinate testing labs, reviews, and closeout punch lists to ensure adherence to quality plans.

You will collaborate with Project Directors, Managers, and A/E Design Principals, reviewing documents, conducting precons, and driving risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of data center experience.
• 8+ years in Civil, Structural, Architectural or MEP disciplines.
• High school diploma.
• 2+ years of construction quality/inspection/testing experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret building construction documents.
• Lead preconstruction meetings to set quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with client QA teams and on-site inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Initiates QIP on every assigned project.
• Lead design quality kick-off meetings and ensure reviews are signed off at 30% and 100%.
• Review final documents and monitor geotechnical, concrete, and envelope reviews.
• Conduct construction quality kick-off meetings and select independent testing labs.
• Develop budgets, administer contracts, and monitor tests and inspections.
• Prepare QA reports and disseminate findings to project teams.
• Ensure site observations and QA inspections are conducted and deficiencies tracked.
• Conduct closeout QA punch lists and lessons learned meetings.
• Attend professional development and deliver QA training as needed.
