Job summary

Haskell is seeking a Quality Specialist to act as the onsite technical quality representative for projects in Shreveport, LA. You will implement the Quality Implementation Plan (QIP), verify critical activities, and foster a culture of planned quality across the project lifecycle.

You will lead design quality kick-off meetings, oversee construction QA/QC (welds, materials, hydrostatic tests), and coordinate testing labs.

Qualifications

• Field tours experience and ability to read construction docs
• Ability to read and interpret technical reports and drawings
• Strong communication and collaboration with QA teams

Responsibilities

• Initiates a Quality Implementation Plan (QIP) for each project
• Leads design quality kick-off meetings and 30%/100% design reviews
• Oversees QA/QC during construction (weld inspections, materials verification, hydrostatic testing)
• Manages independent labs, schedules, reports and results distribution
• Finalizes quality risk mitigation plans and conducts site observations
• Conducts QA inspections, documents deficiencies and tracks corrective actions
• Prepares lessons learned and final QIP reports
