Haskell Company is seeking a Quality Specialist to serve as the onsite quality representative, protecting design intent and construction quality throughout the project lifecycle. You will drive the Quality Implementation Plan (QIP) and work with project leadership, design teams, and owners to promote long-term facility performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with required experience.
• Experience reading construction documents and technical reports.
• Ability to lead preconstruction meetings and site inspections.

Responsabilités

• Initiates a Quality Implementation Plan (QIP) for each project.
• Lead design quality kick-offs and 30%/100% design reviews.
• Oversee QA/QC for mechanical piping; weld inspections and testing.
• Finalize risk mitigation plans and QA inspections.
• Produce QA reports and assist with QA audits.
• Conduct at least one quality training session per year.
