Job summary

The Haskell Company seeks a Quality Assurance Lead to monitor all quality activities on projects and ensure compliance with the Quality Implementation Plan (QIP). You will participate in design reviews, preconstruction meetings, and on-site observations to promote high quality and adherence to manufacturer requirements.

Responsibilities include leading QA kick-off meetings, selecting testing agencies, conducting inspections, finalizing risk mitigation, and documenting lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in quality control on construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and related reports.
• Experience leading preconstruction meetings to define quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for coordinating QA activities.

Responsibilities

• Initiates QIP on every assigned project.
• Conducts design quality kick-off meeting and ensures design reviews are completed and signed off.
• Performs QA inspections and monitors deficiency correction.
• Finalizes quality risks with mitigation plans and documents findings.
• Travels up to 70% of the time to project sites and coordinates with project teams.
