5 years of experience in the construction field leading projects up to $15M.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Experience with MS Project, P6 Scheduler, Bluebeam and AutoBid preferred.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

Manage Pre-construction, preplanning, and construction project scheduling processes.
Review and approve project budgets (labor, material, subcontractors).
Negotiate and create subcontractor contracts; manage project finances and cash flow.
Ensure adherence to health and safety standards; lead change orders and cost reporting.
Maintain client relationships and pursue upcoming work.
