Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of related experience.
• 5 years of experience leading projects up to $15M.
• Experience in fast-paced construction office environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-construction, preplanning, and scheduling process.
• Review and approve budgets (labor, material, and subcontractors).
• Negotiate and create subcontractor contracts with external vendors.
• Manage project finances including profitability and cash flow.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and identify upcoming work.
• Lead submittals, RFIs and change order process; coordinate with stakeholders.
