Qualifications

• Willingness to travel if required.
• Knowledge of construction management means and methods.
• Ability to read and understand plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Knowledge of productivity rates and lean practices.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-project planning and familiarize with project requirements.
• Organize pre-construction conference with subcontractors and team members.
• Inspect work progress for compliance with plans and safety standards.
• Interact professionally with customers, vendors, management and stakeholders.
• Assist with start-up activities and setup of jobsite facilities.
• Lead multiple job sites, ensure manpower matches schedules and budgets.
• Create punch lists and oversee coordination meetings with subcontractors.
