Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Project Manager (Owner's Rep) to support large-scale, ground-up hospitality projects. The role requires significant travel in the Southeast and full-time on-site presence during construction.

The ideal candidate will lead stakeholders, manage budgets and milestones, and ensure governance and best practices across multiple concurrent construction projects. Strong experience in Procore and PM tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years construction experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and management skills – ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools
• On site requirements might change based on client needs
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify that effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized.
• Ensure application of best practice on all projects.
• Production of formal project status reports and other reports as required.
• Monitor the progress of multiple construction projects to ensure standards are applied correctly.
• Manage the interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews.
• Forecast and update key project milestones and budget.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders.
• Rapid response to RFIs from the field.
• Provide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where required.
• Independent review of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs.
• Client management – develop relationships with Clients, maximize new opportunities.
• Strategic Thinking - advise project teams on effective approaches.
• Knowledge management – capture learnings from each project.
• Process improvement – identify ways to improve internal systems and processes.
