Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking an Electrical Construction Senior Project Manager to lead one large project or multiple technology projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include estimating, contract negotiations, design direction, scheduling, budgeting, and client satisfaction across diverse low voltage systems.

The role requires managing a team of PMs, driving business development, and ensuring safety compliance with OSHA standards. Travel to project sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical, project management, construction management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of project management experience with full lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience with estimating systems; proficiency in Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, Navisworks or BIM.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large technology projects from start to finish, including estimating, design, scheduling, budgeting and client satisfaction.
• Direct all phases of each project to achieve high quality, productivity and profitability.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, designers, engineers and owners; ensure plans comply with budgets and safety standards.
