Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC seeks a National Operations Manager – Fire & Life Safety to lead installations across national project sites with extensive travel. You will oversee staffing, safety, budgeting, and strategic direction to deliver high-quality Fire Alarm deployments.

The ideal candidate brings 6–8 years of electrical construction project management, leadership, and deep knowledge of Fire & Life Safety systems to manage nationwide projects and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, project management, construction management, building construction, architecture, or related field.
• 6-8 years of electrical construction experience in project management, estimating, code requirements, and/or design & build with large commercial projects.
• 5 years managing a large-scale, national installation projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions. Manage labor resources for high/low workloads and vacations.
• Monitor all project phases to ensure quality, productivity, and profitability while meeting budgets.
• Lead hiring, mentoring, coaching and performance feedback across staff at all levels.
