Job summary

Skipcollc is seeking a Construction General Laborer to support day-to-day operations across commercial and residential sites. The role involves travel to multiple job sites weekly and performing hands-on tasks under Site Supervisors.

You will help keep sites safe and organized, handle materials and tools, and assist with basic carpentry, demolition, and reporting on progress to managers.

Responsibilities

• Site prep, maintenance, and organization for daily operations.
• Transport and handle materials, tools, and equipment safely.
• Perform manual tasks with minimal supervision and adapt to needs.
• Install and assemble temporary structures like scaffolding and ladders.
• Operate basic site equipment such as pumps, generators, and vacuums.
• Assist with demolition, debris removal, and site teardown.
• Contribute to carpentry, painting, caulking, and plumbing tasks as needed.
• Track daily assignments and support progress reporting.
• Maintain shop tools and equipment in a clean, organized manner.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset and follow OSHA guidelines.
