Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction coordination or contracts administration.

• Familiarity with MSHA and OSHA environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate contract workflows from award through closeout.
• Maintain a living set of drawings and specifications.
• Capture decisions and action items from daily coordination.
• Monitor status of NCRs and turnover documentation.
• Consolidate contractor dailies into weekly updates.
