Job summary

347 Group, Inc. is seeking a Field Project Coordinator to support construction projects across Idaho. The role reports to the Project Manager and focuses on daily planning, scheduling, and reporting, with heavy travel to multiple job sites.

You will maintain schedules, coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders, update progress, and ensure proper documentation. A valid driver's license and pass a drug/background check are required, and a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction/utility industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across states.
• Strong math aptitude for problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and coordination.
• Maintain and update construction schedules.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and subcontractors as schedules change.
• Communicate daily construction activities to CM and PM.
• Provide regular updates on project status and progress.
• Update plan vs. actual performance tracking.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, change orders, and communications.
• Review daily paperwork for compliance.
• Track and validate work units and deliverables.
• Verify Field Change Order requests and paperwork are complete.
• Enter submittals and documentation in client systems.
• Escalate field issues.
• Travel to different job sites, heavy travel.
• Heavy data entry and overtime during busy season.
